Before retraining as a therapist, I worked in management roles at Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd. The structure and discipline from this background continue to shape my practical, grounded way of working. Alongside working full time, I completed my degree in Psychology and postgraduate training in psychotherapy and CBT.
