Online Relationship Counselling
My name is Claire Draper and I’m an experienced couple counsellor providing online relationship therapy via Zoom. I’m a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist and member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling Psychotherapists). I have a CPCAB Diploma level 4 in a ‘Therapeutic Counselling’. I have over 9 years’ experience as a couple’s therapist and built a solid foundation in a variety of therapeutic techniques
Deciding to seek relationship therapy might feel quite daunting for some people. This is often because couples don’t know what to expect or are unsure about what they would like to achieve out of the relationship therapy. However, please rest assured, I pride myself on creating a safe, warm and calm environment to help you feel completely at ease.
Our first meeting is about getting to know each other and building rapport. I will take time to understand your unique needs, expectations and goal of the counselling. There’s no rush, we will work at a pace that is comfortable for you both.
I will assist in healing any underlying resentment which might be bubbling under the surface and stopping you moving forward. Together, we will discuss your goal for the relationship therapy and help you gain a greater understanding of yourself and each other.
My aim is to help you both identify and communicate your needs and expectations more clearly. I will help provide the right tools to help you both feel validated, understood and happier.
